Daniel was extremely helpful with my injury. Not only did I feel like he was actually listening to what I was saying and directly applying his expertise to what I was telling him, but he also informed me on what could have caused this and how to prevent it from happening again.
Usually most people that I have dealt with don’t personalize their approach and it seems like they aren’t listening, but he definitely helped me and my injury was quickly recovered.
Also a super nice guy and gave me a good guideline and schedule to work around my games and practices and saw me at certain times in order to be ready for my games. I still use the exercises he showed me not only to prevent injury but increase performance in my sport.

I appreciated how Dan really reinforced the importance of viewing rehabilitation as a long-term approach—in other words, working on the root causes of injuries, building strength and confidence brick by brick to promote resilience for the next time injury occurs (since it’s inevitable in powerlifting!). He helped me view my injury in a more encouraging light, motivated me to take my rehab seriously, and checked in frequently to see how I was doing.
After a month or two of rehab-focused training and taking this time to really focus on my weaknesses in my lifts as advocated by Dan, I’m injury-free, feeling more confident in my lifts and ability to handle future injuries, and I’ve started preparing for my next powerlifting meet!

Dan helped me with a pretty severely sprained ankle. He heard me out, assessed the ankle and mobility and worked out a program that fit my athletic goals. He also sent me emails outlining the exact program and movements he wanted me to do so I didn’t have to remember. Dan did a great job getting me back to running quickly – much more than other physios I’ve seen. Highly recommend!

Being an athlete, my body functionality is everything, for performance and training. I have been battling a few injuries over the last year, which has made training and performing at my best difficult. After working with Dan, my body started to respond better and I was finally able to begin training at the capacity I used to before my injuries.
